EPC Top Account of Fowberry
With his first cria during 2007, Top Account has proved to be a most important and influential U.K. herdsire. His U.K. offspring have returned spectacular fleece microns (average 17.4 microns) and his cria were unbeaten in their first show in their respective classes. Of 41 progeny, he has 6 Supreme Champions and 12 Champions, 9 Reserve Champions, 17 1st places and 17 2nd places.
TOP ACCOUNT, born 20/03/2004 has returned consistent and superfine fleece statistics:

The offspring of elite alpacas from EP Cambridge’s Royal Herd, Top Account recorded a micron at screening (May 2006) of:
17.0μ, SD 3.55μ, CV 20.9%, 0% >30μ (Comfort Factor 100%) Third fleece.
This is coupled with maximum marks for each fleece characteristic at screening, including an additional five bonus marks for density.
Top Account displays the kind of breath-taking fleece characteristics throughout his whole fleece that we all long to see in our cria: high frequency crimp of nine to the inch with good amplitude on well defined staples; beautiful brightness, yet still, reassuringly and undeniably dense. Without doubt a high impact male, Top Account also has excellent substance of bone on a neat frame with a true to type head.
His sire, Jolimont Commisario (SW) is described by EP Cambridge as 'awesome, with supreme Accoyo genetics and density one dreams of'. This top-rated herd sire has a larger than life presence with a striking heavy built and correct frame. He carries a fleece of exceptional character, brightness, extreme density and coverage, coverage, coverage. Commisario was the number one Accoyo male picked for EP Cambridge's 2003/4 import and has repaid that confidence by producing carbon copy cria with microns in the mid teens. Commisario's photo is top left of small photos.
His dam, Jolimont Verona II (SW) has the appearance of an impressive macho with great presence. One of EP Cambridge's elite females, Verona is beautifully built with heavy bone and soft-rolling-skin on a handsome true to type head. Predictably, she has superior fleece characteristics with excellent coverage and an eighth-fleece micron of 26.4. Verona was imported from a small Peruvian estancia committed to breeding superlative alpacas. Verona's photo is top middle of small photos.
