Alpaca Birthing season ends today.
Our Alpaca Birthing season ended today with a bang, literally! Sire, Harrison's first ever daughter, Naomi, was born amidst crashing thunder and lightning and two minutes before torrential rain. All the dams and their cria were eventually under cover in the barn, quietly eating hay and unconcerned by the raging torrent of water rattling down the drain pipes.
