TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It will be assumed by Fowberry Alpacas Knitwear that the placing of an order with us confirms the customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Yarn
Our alpaca fibre is wholly from British alpacas and processed in an environmentally friendly way, without the use of any harsh chemicals or dyes. This ensures that the wonderful natural shine is retained and the softness not compromised. Slight inconsistencies in the yarn or finished products are compatible with a naturally produced product. Our experienced hand knitters live throughout the U.K. and are paid a realistic and generous payment for their skills.
Colours
Whilst every effort has been made to represent the true likeness of the product colours, variations may occur on different screen resolutions and qualities. We therefore cannot guarantee colours will be as seen on your screen.
Sizes
Whilst every effort has been made to convey the true size of the product, small variations may occur.
Delivery
Despatch is usually within 24 hours of received and cleared funds from the customer. Delivery is by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery Next Day'. This requires a signature from the receiver of the goods and delivery is before 1pm. Please notify us as soon as possible about damaged goods received, as they are covered under postal insurance.
Returns
If you are not delighted with your Fowberry Alpacas Knitwear, please return it within seven days in it's original condition, by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery Next Day' service. Fowberry Alpacas Knitwear cannot guarantee a refund without this condition being met. Please state a reason for the return of your knitwear. This information helps us improve the service we offer customers.
Statutory rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer. All transactions are protected by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Privacy
Fowberry Alpacas Knitwear would like to assure you that all customer records including name, address, email contact etc. are private, confidential and secure. We do not pass your details onto any third parties. Information that is held on our database is that which is collected at the time of registration and ordering. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
