Fowberry Debonair

Shoulder March 2019

At the BAS National Show 2019, our stunning white boy, Fowberry Debonair won his Intermediate White Male class and went on to be placed ahead of 62 other white males when he was awarded Reserve Champion White Male. The margin between him and the Champion was very, very tight! He was described by the Judge as having a real “abundance of fleece on a great frame”. As can be seen from his histograms below, his uniformity of micron and character across his whole body is astonishing. His staple length and density (he sheared a 2.2kg blanket on his first fleece at only 9½ months of age) are exactly what we are breeding for. He was 1st Junior White Male at the 2018 National. His sire, Fortitude has progeny that won this same accolade in 2016 (Fowberry Antonio, now of Lythebrow Alpacas) and Debonair’s dam is a multi Champion full sister of Fowberry Nobility.
