Fowberry Alpacas hold regular and popular alpaca courses to educate and delight. The aim of the course is to give delegates an insight into these enchanting animals and at the same time learn what is required for their care, happiness and productivity. There will be lots of hands-on practice with the alpacas and delegates will be shown what to look for in a sound alpaca and a worthwhile and valuable fleece. A booklet written by Fowberry Alpacas accompanies the course, there is a power point presentation, warm purpose-built surroundings and time for discussion on the different subjects. 9.30am to approx 3.30pm.
