The yarn for our knitwear comes only from our herd of alpacas
which are sheared once a year. Their fleece is organically processed in as environmentally friendly a way as possible with no dyes or chemicals, thereby protecting the natural lustre and elasticity of this luxuriously soft yarn that looks and feels like cashmere. Alpaca garments are crafted using yarn in the natural colours of the herd: jet black, winter white, warm cream, pale fawn, milk-chocolate brown, conker colour, pale grey and rose-grey. Many garments are made just with one 'named' alpaca's fleece and show a photo of the alpaca on the label.
